Robert Honstein: Middle Ground

Composer Robert Honstein joins WGTE's Brad Cresswell for a Zoom chat about his new release Middle Ground for violin and electronics. Created in three movements (Too Far, Too Close, and Bridging the Gap), the work explores the possibilities of the instrument with cinematic sweep, creating what writer Vanessa Ague calls "an exercise in finding unity through dissimilarity."
