Practice your coloring skills with the fifth annual WGTE coloring contest!
This contest is made possible by the Joseph and Judith Conda Family. Coloring helps children develop motor skills, stimulates creativity and develops self expression. We invite children ages 1 through 10 to color the "Carl the Collector" picture and submit it to WGTE.
